Jason Donovan
Children and Youth Ministries Director
Jason Donovan was born and raised in Northern Indiana. He asked Christ to be his Lord and Savior when he was at the age of 9 lead by his mother in the living room of their home. From that very moment Jason has been on a life journey with Christ. After graduating from Whitko High school in 1996 he joined the United State Marine Corps. He spent four years on active duty stationed at Camp Lejeune North Carolina. After completion of his four year enlistment he then returned to Indiana. He re-met and married Olivia who was also from Northern Indiana; actually they grew up just 2 miles from each other. After a short two years back in Indiana Jason joined the United States Army and was moved to Fort Leavenworth Kansas. Once his three year enlistment expired in 2005 Jason became the Children's Pastor at "Vineyard Church" located in Kansas City Missouri. After two years as Children Pastor; Jason took a position at Fort Leavenworth as a Department of Defense Civilian employee. Although he had a position at Fort Leavenworth the ministry call on his life had not changed. In April of 2012 he was brought on part time with "Northpointe Family Center" as the Director of Children and Youth Ministries. Jason and Olivia have four children (Alyssa, Haley, Skylor and Brock). What they enjoy most is being together as a family - even going to Wal-Mart. Spending time each evening worshiping, reading the word and praying together as a family has become spiritually enlightening and powerful.

Debbie Claytor
Children and Youth Ministries Assistant
I came to know my Savior and was baptized in the fall of 1975, after many years of a spiritual tug on my heart as a small child. Five years later my relationship with Jesus became real and my daily walk with Him began when I was a senior in high school. In the spring of 1981, while teaching 3 year old children's church, I met and married my husband of 30 years, Rick Claytor.
We moved away from Kansas City for 5 years where I poured myself into a new marriage and starting a family a few years later. We attended Wichita Christian Center where I became the Nursery Director before we ever had children!
Returning to Kansas City in 1987, we also returned to the church where we met. For the next 20 years I was involved in Nursery or Children's Ministry at church and served on the PTF Board where I tackled many projects for the Christian School.
For the last 5 years God has reignited a fire in me for Him here at Northpointe. I have been blessed with being involved from the beginning with Children's Ministry. Some of my other passions are my family; we have 4 children 20-27. We are blessed to say they all know the Lord and serve Him. We also have 3 sons-in-laws and 4 amazing grandchildren. I also have a passion Women's Ministry and Assimilation in the body.
My giftings are hospitality, serving, administration and prayer.

Nathan Adams
Worship Leader
Nathan grew up in his hometown of Hamilton, MO. He was raised in a Christian home, attended church regularly, and was baptized at the age of 11. However, it wasn't until the age of 21 that he gave his life fully over to the Lord and began a real relationship with Jesus. Using the talents and gifts God gave him, Nathan led worship weekly at the First Baptist Church in Hamilton while also assisting with the youth ministry. He was often asked to lead at many other churches and ministries for special events and participated in a community bible study group consisting of Christians from many denominational backgrounds. In 2004, Nathan, along with several individuals from that group, formed a non-profit organization called "Won by One Ministries" and purchased 2 buildings in downtown Hamilton to renovate into a community center where the unchurched and churched alike could come together and experience Godly fellowship. In 2006, Nathan moved to Liberty, MO but continued his ministry on the weekends in Hamilton. In 2008, Nathan married Jan, who is also from Hamilton, and they bought a house in Kansas City, MO. They began attending Journey Church in Liberty, MO. In 2009, Nathan became the worship leader at Journey Church. In 2011, feeling prompted by the Holy Spirit, they left Journey Church and began attending Pleasant Valley Baptist Church, also in Liberty, MO. In January 2013, Nathan was brought on part time with Northpointe Family Center as the Worship Leader. Nathan and Jan are best friends and love doing everything together, including outdoor activities, attending sporting events, and watching anything on Discovery Channel that has to do with Alaska.

Mission Statement: Following the Holy Spirit, Reflecting Christ's Glory, Loving one another, and Knowing God!
Greetings my friend and welcome to the web page for Northpointe Family Center! We welcome you to worship the Lord with us, and we have prepared a seat for you. You are invited to come join us as we journey through life together.
As the lead pastor at NFC I have known the call of God on my life since I was five years old. I grew up as a church member but spent the first 18 years of my life running from God! On November 15, 1968 I received Jesus as my Savior. Since then I've spent my life seeking to make Him Lord! After college I began my life as pastor of a circuit of churches in north Missouri. After graduate school I spent the next 22 years of my life building radio stations for Christian organizations.
With a handful of close friends we pioneered Northpointe Family Center in June of 2007. We are a family of believers who are walking through this journey of life together, hand in hand with The Father. We seek to experience Him in every aspect of our lives. As we experience Him we come to Know Him in a greater way. The Bible says, "And this is eternal life, that we might know Him..." (John 17:3). Our purpose is to know Him and be known by Him each day of our lives. As we make ourselves vulnerable to Him we come to know Him in a more intimate way! As we come to know Him in a more intimate way we see Him demonstrate His love in our lives. We experience a life-changing love that makes us new creatures in Christ. We seek to know Him more intimately and make Him known to others We invite you to join our family of believers.
